Rebling Plastics has 25 molding presses including shuttle and vertical clamp machines and provides precision moldings to a varied customer base of large, medium and small companies. Materials molded at Rebling Plastics include both engineered and commodity type plastics ranging from flexible thermoplastic elastomers to highly reinforced engineered resins. We are ITAR registered and ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Rebling Plastics maintains an engineering staff with expertise in material selection, mold design and product design. The company uses Solidworks Cad software and frequently designs the final product for customers based on a conceptual idea. Together with it's adjacently located and owned company Remcal Products, Rebling can design, source, assemble and test assemblies consisting of plastic and rubber moldings, electrical and electronic components, machined parts and stampings, circuit boards, cables, connectors and related hardware.

The production personnel at Rebling Plastics have undergone extensive training and refresher courses in blue print reading, tolerancing and use of inspection equipment. Rebling Plastics in-process inspections are performed on the shop floor by production personnel. Rebling Plastics uses a Ram Optical inspection machine capable of automatically performing part inspections with full documentation. The company's quality system has been audited and approved by many of its customers.

Rebling Plastics procures tooling from both domestic and off-shore sources. All tooling is controlled via tagging system that identifies any mold needing rework or first article approval as well as molds that have been approved for production. To insure safe storage of customer molds, all tooling is stored in a secured storage area having a three hour fire wall and fully alarmed and sprinklered. Rebling Plastics guarantees a minimum tool life for all molds it manufactures and has developed an extensive preventative maintenance program for tooling.

Rebling Plastics is an employee-owned small business which serves many customers who provide products to the military, so we are familiar with the required documentation and special requirements of this market segment.
