Rebling Plastics- Key Personnel

The company employs four full time engineers and one part time degreed engineer. The company also utilizes outside consultants on an as needed basis.

Nicholas Calio - Chairman
Nick graduated from Villanova University with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working as a design engineer for both Eastman Kodak and GE, he joined the Orion Resdel Corporation in 1978 as General Manager. Nick purchased Rebling Plastics in 1985, and had been the company president from acquisition until 2011. In addition to extensive design experience, Nick has been involved in the plastic processing industry for over 27 years.

Nate Bower - President
Nate is a graduate of MIT with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Nate's previous experience was in the design of custom automation equipment and product design. Nate has been with Rebling Plastics since 2001, and has served as Power Connector Product Manager and VP of Sales & Engineering before his ascension to President in 2011.

Dave Pora - Vice President- Operations
Dave joined the company in July of 2001 after selling his molding operation and tool shop. Dave has been involved in the plastics industry for over 20 years, principally as a tool and die maker, eventually starting his own business. At the time Dave sold his business, he had 12 full time tool makers working for him.

Mark Burg - Business Development Manager
Mark pioneers a new position created in 2011 as part of Rebling's strategic growth plan. Mark had over 15 years of sales/business development experience in the connector industry before joining Rebling Plastics to find new opportunities to expand the power connector product line.

Tim Drybola - Quality Manager
Tim joined Rebling Plastics in 1992 after graduating from Penn State with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. In 1995, Tim was appointed as Manager of Quality Assurance for Rebling Plastics and has served in this capacity since then.

Mike D'Angelo - Production Manager
Mike has over 20 years experience as a production manager and plastic injection molding process technician at various companies in the Delaware Valley. He joined Rebling Plastics in 2006, bringing a wealth of knowledge in processing technology.

Mike Scolaro - Facilities Manager
Mike graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mike joined Rebling Plastics in 1990 as the Quality Assurance Manager and became Production Manager in 1993 before becoming th facilities manager in 2007. Mike's previous experience was in both quality and manufacturing disciplines.

Bill Mayeros - Special Projects
Bill graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Bill provides engineering support on a part time basis for fixture design, testing and engineering analyses of equipment and design related activities.
