Key Personnel
The company employs four full
time engineers and one part time degreed engineer.
The company also utilizes outside consultants
on an as needed basis.
Nicholas Calio - President
Nick graduated from Villanova University with
a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working
as a design engineer for both Eastman Kodak and
GE, he joined the Orion Resdel Corporation in
1978 as General Manager. Nick purchased Rebling
Plastics in 1985, and has been the company president
since acquisition. In addition to extensive design
experience, Nick has been involved in the plastic
processing industry for over 24 years.
Nate Bower - Chief Operating Officer
Nate is a graduate of MIT with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Nate's previous experience was in the design of custom automation equipment and product design. In addition to his duties as COO, Nate serves as the Battery Products Manager and has expertise in Solid Modeling using SolidWorks and Cadkey.
Dave Pora - General Manager
Dave joined the company in July of 2001 after
selling his molding operation and tool shop. Dave
has been involved in the plastics industry for
over 20 years, principally as a tool and die maker,
eventually starting his own business. At the time
Dave sold his business, he had 12 full time tool
makers working for him.
Tim Drybola - Quality Assurance
Manager
Tim joined Rebling Plastics in 1992 after graduating
from Penn State with a BS degree in Civil Engineering.
In 1995, Tim was appointed as Manager of Quality
Assurance for Rebling Plastics and has served
in this capacity since then.
Mike Scolaro - Production
Manager
Mike graduated from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mike joined Rebling Plastics in 1990 as the Quality
Assurance Manager and became Production Manager
in 1993. Mike's previous experience was in both
quality and manufacturing disciplines.
Bill Mayeros - Special Projects
Bill graduated from the University of Massachusetts
with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. Bill
provides engineering support on a part time basis
for fixture design, testing and engineering analyses
of equipment and design related activities. |
