700220 Dust Cover can be easily installed by hand
on all Rebling Series 7002 receptacles and other
aero battery receptacles meeting MS3509, Style
1 & 2. When installed, the Dust Cover completely
covers the receptacle contacts and maintains a
snug fit that will not loosen during handling
or transportation.
The
Rebling 700260 Universal Vent Wrench is a handy
multi-purpose tool for installing and removing
Rebling filler caps from nickel-cadmium battery
cells. The large end engages with Rebling 700240,
700245, or 700247 filler caps. The small end engages
with Rebling VVA 2-3. The hex wrench feature is
used to install filler caps with hex heads, while
the wedge-shaped feature on the opposite side
is used to remove O-rings or adjust vent sleeves.
The Dust
Covers and Universal Vent Wrenches are molded
from chemically resistant polyamide.
Gauge29 is a fixture used for checking the wear
on the contact sockets of the 7000 series Quick
Disconnects. Worn contacts can cause increased
contact resistance. If the contact sockets do
not pass, the Quick Disconnect should be replaced.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the Ø.370 end of the
fixture should be used on Rebling Quick Disconnects.
